※Please note that during peak seasons, we may not be able to accommodate all schedule or passenger requests.

Official application
After receiving your confirmation reply, we will send you an application for transportation that will serve as your official application with us.
Please check it and send it back.

Final Confirmation
3 business days before your trip, we will contact you for a final confirmation of your reservation.If there are any changes to your plans, please let us know by this time.
※Please note that changes in your reservation may result in a change to the final cost.

Your Trip

Payment
We request that you send your payment within 7 days after your trip.
※Depending on the cost of tolls and parking, the final price may be different than the initial quote.
※Additional time over the original reservation will be reflected in the final price.
Notice
※Tolls and parking will be billed separately from the cost of the charter bus.
※Reservations over multiple days that require the driver to stay overnight will incur an extra charge.
※If your trip is longer in distance or time than originally planned, there may be extra charges.
※During peak seasons, Urashima Kanko reserves the right to offer services through our affiliated bus companies.
